About the Role: Eastern Guruma is seeking a reliable and adaptable Relief Site Administrator to provide administrative support across multiple project sites in the Pilbara. Working on a FIFO roster (typically 8:6 or 4:3, depending on operational needs), this role ensures continuity of administrative services during periods of leave, increased site activity, or project transitions. In this key role, you’ll collaborate closely with site teams and play an important part in the smooth operation of daily site functions. Why work for us? Key Responsibilities: Administrative Support – Prepare and manage documentation, reports, presentations, timesheets, and basic payroll data to support project and site leadership. Resource & Travel Coordination – Raise purchase orders for office resources and plant/equipment, and coordinate travel, accommodation, and mobilisation/demobilisation for site personnel and subcontractors. Records & Reporting – Maintain accurate daily, weekly, and monthly reporting; manage confidential personnel records and project consumables logs. Communication & Coordination – Serve as a key liaison for communication between site teams, leadership, and client stakeholders to support efficient operations. HR/IR Support – Assist with roster management, timesheet collection, leave tracking, and payroll coordination. Compliance & Continuous Improvement – Uphold safety and procedural standards; participate in audits, training, and contribute to quality and environmental improvement initiatives. What we are looking for: Proven experience in site or project administration, ideally in mining, civil, or Indigenous business environments. Proven experience in site or project administration, ideally within mining, civil construction, or Indigenous business environments. Minimum of 3 years’ administrative experience in a FIFO setting. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and administrative systems; familiarity with Quality Management Systems. Strong communication, interpersonal, and coordination skills with a customer service mindset. Sound understanding of HR/IR practices, Fair Work legislation, and WHS standards. High level of professionalism, sound judgement, and ability to perform under pressure.
