About the role About the role: Join the Electrification & Innovation team driving Australia’s clean energy future. As we launch exciting new residential products—like solar batteries, EV subscriptions, and Virtual Power Plant (VPP) solutions—we're looking for passionate, customer-focused professionals to help bring them to life. As an Electrification Agent, you’ll play a key role in connecting customers with sustainable solutions, managing sales pipelines, and ensuring every interaction meets the highest compliance standards. What you’ll be doing: Inspire customers to electrify their homes by selling cutting-edge products like solar batteries, EV subscriptions, and Virtual Power Plant (VPP) solutions—bringing the future of energy directly to their doorstep. Drive results through a strong sales pipeline, managing leads and opportunities to meet monthly targets while delivering tailored solutions that align with customer needs. Deliver standout customer experiences, owning the end-to-end journey from quotes and payments to follow-ups, always ensuring clarity, care, and satisfaction. Keep things running smoothly behind the scenes, completing essential admin tasks in AGL’s sales systems and ensuring accurate, timely customer communication. Champion compliance and quality by making sure every interaction aligns with regulatory standards and contributes to strong Net Promoter Scores (NPS). Streamline and innovate by identifying opportunities to improve processes, automate tasks, and contribute to the ongoing evolution of AGL’s electrification offering. About you: Demonstrated experience in a sales or customer engagement role, ideally within energy, renewables, or related industries. Strong understanding of consumer electrification products and their benefits. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a track record of delivering high customer satisfaction. Strong organisational skills and comfort working across multiple systems and platforms. Proven ability to meet sales targets while upholding quality and ethical standards.
