Manage client accounts and represent Direct IT in selling a range of computer hardware, software and other ICT goods and services to industrial, business, professional and other organisations. Main Duties: Develop and update database of prospective client businesses. Acquire and update your knowledge of Direct IT services and Direct IT’s competitors' goods and services, and market conditions Regularly visit prospective client businesses to establish and act on selling opportunities and retain existing clients. Assess customers' needs and explain the Direct IT services which will meet their needs Promote Direct IT’s ICT services to existing and prospective clients Quote and negotiate on prices and credit terms and complete contracts and record orders Arrange the delivery of goods, installation of equipment and the provision of services. Report to sales manager- Team Leader on sales made and the marketability of ICT services Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction with ICT services purchased, arrange modifications and resolve any problems that may arise. Prepare sales reports, and maintain and submit records of business expenses incurred Skills, Knowledge and Experience: Skills, knowledge and experience in business IT Infrastructure, hardware and software.
