You are a driven and commercially minded sales professional looking to take ownership of a key region within a global leader in the mining and mineral processing industry. As our Regional Sales Manager, you will report to the Area Manager – Eastern Processing and play a critical role in delivering profitable growth by expanding our market presence and building trusted, long-term relationships with our customers. What You’ll Be Doing: Deliver Strategic Growth: You'll spearhead the expansion of Bradken’s Processing Product Groups across your region, identifying new business opportunities and strategies for profitable growth. Own the Customer Journey: With a proactive approach to customer relationship management, you’ll engage directly with key accounts through regular site visits, aligning our solutions with their evolving operational needs. Negotiate & Influence: Lead the development and execution of strategic supply agreements with major clients, ensuring alignment with Bradken’s product offerings and long-term business goals. Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with manufacturing, supply chain, and product development teams to support customer satisfaction and provide valuable input into future product innovations. Sales Planning & Reporting: You’ll take the lead on developing regional sales plans, tracking performance, and preparing reports and budgets that influence senior leadership decisions. Leverage CRM & Market Intelligence: Use Salesforce to manage pipeline activity, track market intelligence, and drive efficiencies across the sales process. What You Bring: Qualifications in Engineering, Mining, Business, or a Trade background Proven experience in Mining, Mineral Processing, or related heavy industries Strong technical understanding of Grinding Mills and Crushers (highly regarded) Knowledge of mineral processing plants and mining operations Willingness to travel within the region to build relationships and identify growth opportunities This role is based in Newcastle/Orange .
