We would like to hear from experienced, hungry, and results-driven External Sales Representatives to join our high performing team. The key focus of this role will be establishing new accounts and increasing awareness of our brand, available services, and product range in the market. This challenge will reinvigorate your passion and drive for sales. We offer a generous base salary plus superannuation, coupled with unlimited earning potential as you will also be part of our uncapped commission structures. Based out of our Wingfield branch this role works Monday to Friday 7am-5pm Identifying new business opportunities and potential revenue streams. Establishing yourself as an industry client solution partner. Driving revenue growth to meet and exceed agreed-upon targets on a monthly and annual basis. Establishing and maintaining strong, lasting relationships with key stakeholders. Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate quotes and advice on hire and sales solutions. Liaise with clients to provide updates on job progress, delivery schedules, and any issues related to transport services or rentals Spending time in the field by conducting customer site visits that strengthen business relationships. The successful candidate will be an individual who will honour our core values of People, Safety, Respect, Communication and Continuous Improvement - in addition to this they will have: Demonstrated experience in similar sales roles with a successful track record for achieving incredible sales results. Proven ability to build and foster strong working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders, at all levels of the organisation. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels. The ability to effectively work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, meet deadlines, and successfully prioritise work. Strong motivation to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
