About the Role: You will be working with a participant who requires: Manual handling and full hoist transfers. Assistance with personal care and mobility. Transport to access the community (appointments, recreation, shopping, etc.). This role requires: Confidence and experience with high physical support needs. A reliable, comprehensively insured vehicle. Flexibility with shifts, which may include weekdays, evenings, and weekends. Essential Requirements: NDIS Worker Screening Check (NDISWC). Valid ABN (can be easily registered if you don’t have one yet). Cert III or IV in Individual Support (or equivalent). Current Police Check (within 3 years). Valid First Aid (within 3 years) & CPR (within 12 months). Completed NDIS Worker Orientation Module. Full Australian working rights. Experience with hoist transfers and high-intensity care.
