Benefit from established resources and a supportive network. About The Role: This is a process-focused admin role where you’ll keep workshop operations running smoothly behind the scenes. If you’re someone who enjoys routine, values accuracy, and is comfortable delivering excellent customer service, this might be the perfect fit. You’ll be responsible for: Handling enquiries: Manage inbound calls and emails about repairs, work orders and spare parts Keeping systems updated: Log jobs, raise work orders, track deliveries, and update internal records Warranty coordination: Submit and track claims through supplier portals Stock handling: Occasionally move and allocate workshop stock (up to 20kg), making sure everything is logged and stored correctly General support: Help with basic workshop or office tasks as they come up Location: Full-time branch-based role in Kirrawee About You : You enjoy structure, consistency, and knowing what to expect day-to-day You are naturally detail-focused and take pride in getting things “just right” You work well independently but are also happy to lend a hand when needed You are confident picking up the phone and handling enquiries in a clear, friendly manner You are tech-savvy and like working with systems, Excel spreadsheets, and step-by-step processes You have full Australian work rights Why Join Us?
