About the Role An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Instructional Designer to contribute to a high-impact transformational program. This program involves a major uplift of enterprise-wide systems, strengthening the organisation’s digital capabilities and enabling streamlined business solutions. As an Instructional Designer, you will play a key role in shaping the learning journey for end users, working closely with subject matter experts, business design leads, and change professionals. Your creative mindset and technical proficiency will enable the design and delivery of fit-for-purpose training and learning resources, aligned with the organisation’s strategic objectives. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with Business Design Leads and stakeholders to scope training needs; Design engaging training using blended formats, including face-to-face, virtual, informal, and eLearning modules; Develop high-quality learning artefacts, such as quick reference guides, work instructions, system simulations, session plans, presentations, and eLearning (Articulate 360, Rise 360); Contribute to and manage training development plans, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met; Maintain and update learning resources in line with evolving processes and systems; Facilitate training sessions prior to go-live and support users during the post-implementation phase; and Deliver ad hoc system training design and facilitation as required. About You To be successful in this role, you will bring approximately five years' experience in instructional design, ideally gained in large-scale enterprise or transformational environments. You have a strong technical foundation and are confident working across multiple software systems and delivery platforms. You’re proficient in the use of Articulate 360, Rise 360, MS Office, and other learning development tools. Your approach to instructional design is both strategic and practical, ensuring resources are engaging, accessible, and aligned to audience needs. With proven experience in stakeholder engagement and collaboration, you build strong relationships and are able to influence and guide training solutions with confidence. Your work is learner-centric, and you take pride in delivering content that enhances capability and supports successful change.
