Set learning priorities and provide constructive feedback to enhance student performance. Promote clinical excellence while ensuring the highest standards of patient care. Oversee students' clinical work and provide hands-on support when required. Ensure compliance with Grampians Health policies and safety protocols. Skills & Experience Formally recognised tertiary qualifications in Dentistry Current AHPRA registration and Victorian Radiation Licence. Experience supervising dental students or clinical teams. Knowledge of best practice guidelines in dentistry and clinical education. Strong communication skills and ability to mentor students in a clinical setting.
