The successful Payment Business Architect will play a key role in enhancing business processes and defining future state architecture for a critical payments platform. The role is based in ACT or VIC and offers hybrid working arrangements. The successful Payment Business Architect will be responsible for, but not limited to: Liaising with stakeholders to understand business requirements and develop end-to-end process models. Collaborating with architects and designers to deliver business-aligned solution designs. Representing Business Architecture in quarterly planning sessions and identifying risks and opportunities. Supporting platform-agnostic system thinking and visualisation to align with strategic business outcomes. The successful Payment Business Architect will have experience in the following: Proven experience in business architecture or a similar role, ideally within government or digital transformation environments. Proficiency in modelling business processes and working with UX/CX teams in cloud-based, accessible platforms. Strong stakeholder management, communication, and listening skills. TOGAF certification and familiarity with Salesforce Service Cloud and insurance industries (desirable).
