Key Responsibilities: Strategic Development: Lead a consistent strategy development from tender to post award within the business in alignment with contractual requirements. Continuous Improvement: Define and embed consistency throughout all asset management processes. Support: Develop the support methodologies for the contracts team for Asset Management processes. Train and Mentor: Enhance learning within Fulton Hogan by sharing knowledge and developing staff to ensure contract teams effectively understand and use Asset Management methodologies. Bid Preparation: Lead bid preparation regarding the specifics of Asset Management requirements and any other associated needs. Stakeholder Collaboration: Foster collaborative relationships with contract teams, clients, and other key stakeholders. Leadership Contribution: Engage in the leadership of the Engineering Solutions Team through strategy development. How you will connect with the role: Preferred candidates will have a minimum three years’ experience working with asset management and pavements supported by degree qualifications and/or like experience in asset management or a similar related field. You will also: Experienced in the use of GIS systems, asset maintenance and pavement modelling systems. Experienced in the development of all facets of contract management work plans. Curiosity and a drive for continuous improvement supported by strong problem-solving skills. High level of business acumen. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities with open-minded willingness to mentor, learn and adapt. Excellent policy, process, document and report writing skills. Self-motivated and proactive with a strategic mindset. This role can be based in any of our major offices in Brisbane, Sydney, Melbourne or Adelaide. This role will require you to travel across Australia when required and dependent on project needs. The pre-employment process will include a medical check, including drug and alcohol screening.
