In this hybrid role, you’ll focus primarily on network engineering, leveraging Meraki equipment to ensure the reliability, security, and performance of our network systems. Configure and manage firewall policies to ensure optimal security, efficiency, and performance across the network. Monitor and optimise network performance, ensuring seamless connectivity from internet access to internal systems. Oversee wireless network coverage, ensuring reliable connectivity for all users, regardless of location. Implement industry best practices to enhance network security, scalability, and reliability. Collaborate with the Cloud team to align networking strategies with AWS cloud technologies and integrate key systems like Microsoft 365 and Okta. About you: Hands-on experience with Cisco, Juniper, and Meraki equipment, including configuration, troubleshooting, and optimisation. Proven expertise in firewall management, creating and enforcing security policies aligned with best practices. Skilled in network performance monitoring and optimisation to ensure seamless connectivity across the organisation. Experienced in managing wireless network infrastructure, ensuring full coverage and reliable performance. Strong understanding of routing, switching, and network protocols for secure, high-performance data transmission.
