Your business The Everyday Business Banking team supports the full spectrum of customers’ needs from the smallest businesses to the largest corporates. We have end to end accountability for Cash Management, Deposits and Transactions customer experience. Our purpose is to improve the financial wellbeing of our customers and communities. See yourself in our team Our Crew has accountability to acquire, optimise and retain transactions and deposit customers with broad responsibility to drive NPS30 aspirations and at the same time deliver better volume/ margin outcomes across deposits. We are part of the Everyday Business Banking team comprising of Deposits, Transaction Banking, Merchants and Corporate Cards. We manufacture and manage products that service range of businesses from small businesses and all the way through to Institutional clients. Do Work That Matters Your accountabilities include: Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of Pricing Analysts and Pricing Managers. Working in collaboration with the broader Product, Finance and Distribution teams to structure deals that balance competitiveness with profitability. Ensure pricing decisions align with business objectives, market dynamics, and customer value proposition. Review and approve complex or strategic customer deals, ensuring commercial viability and compliance with governance frameworks. Lead the team to ensure we have a cohesive pricing strategy and recommendation based on insights and pricing analytics/ models and assist in the development and execution of it. Achieve customer satisfaction, sales, balance growth and NIM targets. Understand the voice of the customer, be across and pre-empt impact of macro, micro and product landscapes that pertain to our business. Proactively identify, understand, and manage risks across the business ensuring they are captured in our tracking and reporting tool and are being rectified in a timely manner. Build and maintain current and new pricing controls for the Everyday Business Banking products. Play a lead role across the broader team, fostering collaborative culture and ensuring all CBA values are always demonstrated. Build strong networks and collaborative teams across key stakeholders. Ability to deliver written and verbal updates to senior executive level. Demonstrated ability to drive business growth and strategically problem solve. Strong collaboration with teams on work streams/ project activities end-to-end and independently manage deliverables. Experience working in an agile environment advantageous. 7 years’ experience in financial services. Pricing, Analytics and Product Management experience is desirable.
