Your responsibilities will include: Provide administrative support across all SL&C teams to ensure consistent, efficient operations, identifying opportunities for collaboration or optimisation Manage the Director’s calendar, prioritising urgent and sensitive matters with professionalism Contribute to showcasing and increasing the awareness and profile of SL&C achievements Proactively support reporting requirements, such as compiling content for the Student Experience Annual Report Lead ad-hoc project tasks from start to finish Organise meetings, events, venues, catering, and promotional materials Maintain shared documentation and resources Manage procurement, corporate credit card reconciliations, invoicing, and financial queries Liaise with internal teams such as HR, Finance, Properties, and Communications Who we are looking for/Selection Criteria: Demonstrated experience in administrative coordination, preferably in a higher education or complex organisational setting You’ll enjoy understanding the "why", asking the right questions and seeking out solutions.
