About The Role: As the Administrative Officer (Corrections), you will provide essential administrative support across our Corrections Education Centre. Based at our Essendon campus and supporting 10 correctional sites, you will manage student admissions, enrolments, and completions, while ensuring compliance with organisational and regulatory requirements. This is a dynamic and varied role where no two days are the same. You’ll collaborate with a supportive team of 11 across the state, liaise with correctional facility staff, and contribute to a secure and respectful learning environment. Please note this role will be based fully onsite, with the flexibility to choose your Part-Time days. We are excited about you because you have: Strong admin background, ideally in education or RTO settings. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (MS365) and student management systems. Experience or willingness to learn systems like JETS, PETES/OSN, Gateway, and USI Registry. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. A commitment to confidentiality, cultural sensitivity, and safety. A current driver’s license and willingness to travel.
