Innomesh is a cloud-based AV and UC management solution trusted by leading global organisations to monitor, control, secure, and automate their environments, regardless of device manufacturer or scale. By unifying operations into a single intelligent interface, Innomesh delivers simplified, scalable, and secure AV and UC experiences. Key Duties Develop, test, and maintain software components for Innomesh, ensuring performance, security, and scalability. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate new features, APIs, and third-party services. Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, enhancing stability and minimizing platform downtime. Contribute to continuous improvement of codebase, documentation, and platform infrastructure. Analyse user requirements and translate them into reliable and efficient code. Participate in the full software development lifecycle from concept to deployment. Optimise system responsiveness with data-driven monitoring, alerting, and automated solutions. Implement best practices for code quality, version control, and system security. What You Bring A Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. At least two years of experience in software development, preferably in SaaS or cloud environments. Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, or TypeScript. Experience with cloud technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure), RESTful APIs, and real-time data processing. Familiarity with AV and UC systems or integrations is highly desirable. Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for delivering high-quality, scalable solutions. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities within a fast-paced team environment.
