Accounts & Financial Administrator (Construction) Office based position Secure long-term employment Collaborative and supportive work environment About the Role The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction accounting, extensive knowledge of SimPro, AroFlo, ServiceM8, Procore or similar construction management software and exposure to leasing, job costing, and supplier accounts. About You: Minimum 5 years of accounting experience in the construction, building or civil industry. Registered BAS Agent or working toward certification. Expertise in job costing and project accounting. Hands-on experience with SimPro, AroFlo, ServiceM8, Procore or similar building software (essential). Strong Xero proficiency and intermediate-to-advanced Excel skills. High attention to detail and strong problem-solving ability. Excellent communication skills and in-depth understanding of compliance requirements Experience with intercompany transactions and leasing arrangements. Background in product supply business preferred Key Responsibilities Ensure seamless integration between construction software & Xero to maintain financial accuracy Document and manage accounts & internal transactions between ABN entities AP/AR processes, ensuring processing, payments and collections Process weekly payroll and superannuation Prepare and lodge BAS, IAS and payroll tax Generate weekly and monthly financial reports Provide assistance in budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning Only Australian or New Zealand Citizens, Australian Permanent Residency holders, and candidates with full-working rights in Australia should apply.
