In this role you will: Configure and maintain the ServiceNow platform, including workflows, service catalogue items, and custom scripts. Lead UAT workshops and training sessions with internal teams and customers. Automate routine tasks and streamline processes using ServiceNow’s powerful functionality. Create and customise forms, reports, dashboards, and catalog items. Manage user accounts, roles, and platform security. Provide expert support, troubleshooting issues and ensuring platform stability. Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions aligned with best practice. About You You have at least 2 years of hands-on experience as a ServiceNow Administrator, ideally within ITSM and CSM modules. You're confident with JavaScript, HTML, and CSS, and have a solid grasp of web-based application principles. You thrive in collaborative, service-oriented environments and communicate effectively across all levels. You bring strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to juggle competing priorities. You're process-minded with a strong understanding of ITSM practices and security awareness. You’re proactive, adaptable, and enjoy solving complex technical challenges. Bonus points if you’re ITIL certified and/or hold a ServiceNow System Administrator certification.
