The Role: Exciting opportunity for a Site Administrator to join Breight Group. Reporting to the Contract Coordinator the successful candidate will work collaboratively on site supporting the maintenance and shutdown teams. Working an 8&6 roster, FIFO from Perth airport you will be reporting to the Operations Manager providing back-to-back high level administrative duties. What You’ll Be Doing: As a key part of our site operations team, you’ll play a vital role in keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes. Your day-to-day will include: Coordinating Mobilisations – Organise flights, bus manifests, accommodation, and crib packs to ensure our crews are ready to hit the ground running . Owning the Timesheets – Manage daily work records with precision to keep payroll and project tracking on point. Reporting Like a Pro – Prepare accurate and timely daily, weekly, and monthly reports that help drive performance and planning. Keeping Training on Track – Oversee training compliance to ensure everyone on site is qualified and ready to work safely. Managing Site Essentials – Take charge of consumables like PPE and stationery so the team is always equipped and prepared. Supporting Resource Planning – Work closely with supervisors and schedulers to help allocate the right people to the right jobs.
