About the role We are seeking a highly motivated Administration Officer to join the friendly and supportive team at St Vincent’s Hospital’s busy Day Procedure Centre (DPC) . Working Days/Hours: Monday to Friday – 8-hour shifts between the hours of 6:00 am and 8:00 pm . Key responsibilities: Reception & Patient Support: Be the first point of contact for patients, providing high-quality customer service, managing enquiries, and guiding patients through their care journey. Efficient Patient Management: Accurately process admissions, discharges, and transfers using our Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems. Comprehensive Record-Keeping: Compile and maintain patient admission documents and medical records with confidentiality and accuracy. Scheduling patient procedures . Complete patient bookings according to direction from Waitlist Manager. Patient contact and filing of medical records according to policy. Data Entry & Collaboration: Support multiple departments with administrative duties and accurate data input in TMS and COREPAS systems.
