About the role: The Compliance Administrator will assist the Compliance Department with tasks associated with all Compliance control matters, reporting requirements and compliance awareness initiatives. What you’ll be doing: General administrative duties on behalf of the Chief Compliance Officer and wider Compliance Team. Diary management. Answer and direct telephone and email inquiries. Preparation of documents including reports, memorandum, Excel spreadsheets and PowerPoint presentations. Preparation of agendas, meeting materials and minutes. Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel. Coordination and preparation of Compliance related training (on-line and in person), including tracking and reporting of completion rates. Manage information security matters and keys. Maintain the Compliance calendar and due dates. Preparation and monitoring of appointment and delegation letters including position assignments. Coordination of Responsible Managers and Fit & Proper assessment. Assist in audit preparation (internal and external). Assist with promoting awareness and training of Compliance risk and regulatory issues with relevant stakeholders. Assist with the day-to-day management of all Compliance control matters impacting on the activities of the Bank. Any other tasks or projects as required from time to time. We are looking for: The successful candidate will have outstanding administration skills including use of Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Compliance experience in financial services, banking, or a related industry would be highly regarded. You’ll have strong oral and written communication skills and a client-centric approach. You will be highly organised, with an ability to manage competing deadlines and work unsupervised and independently. Strong attention to detail, accuracy and time management skills are essential, as well as a willingness and ability to learn and develop.
