Warehouse Manager — Brendale, Pine Rivers Area

The role: Reporting directly to the Business Manager, you will be the key representative responsible for the coordination of all incoming and outgoing goods via the warehouse to our project locations. To be effective in this role, you will need export experience, along with knowledge of handling Dangerous Goods and the associated freight documentation requirements. This is a full-time role based in Brendale, QLD. Hours: Monday – Friday 7:30am – 4:30pm Responsibilities include: Independently manage all warehouse operations. Receive incoming goods; all stock is customer-allocated (100% procurement-based). Organise outbound freight including air freight, containers, and LCL (Less than Container Load) shipments. Load containers and prepare pallets for shipping. Operate forklifts for movement of goods (must hold current licence). Liaise with clients, suppliers, and internal team members to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment. Handle manual lifting tasks and maintain a clean, safe work environment. Complete inbound goods documentation accurately and efficiently. Manage stock control, inventory accuracy, and cycle counts. Book and coordinate couriers and deliveries. Utilise MYOB EXO for logistics and inventory management. To be successful in this role: Must be an Australian/New Zealand citizen or permanent resident (no temporary visas). You will need export experience, along with knowledge of handling Dangerous Goods and the associated freight documentation requirements. Valid Class C driver’s licence and current forklift licence required. Proven experience in warehousing, including export logistics and handling of dangerous goods (highly desirable). Strong understanding of end-to-end freight processes including international shipping. Physically capable of manual handling and lifting up to 25kg. Proficient with Microsoft Office and MYOB EXO or similar ERP/freight software. Detail-oriented, organised, and proactive. Strong interpersonal skills and a practical, self-motivated attitude. Able to work autonomously, think laterally, and contribute to process improvements.
