Milestone IT is working with a leading client to find an experienced Performance Engineer who is passionate about driving performance excellence across large-scale systems. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and execute performance tests using industry-standard tools. Analyze performance test results and identify bottlenecks across systems and applications. Collaborate with developers, DevOps, and architects to optimize system performance. Automate performance tests and integrate them into CI/CD pipelines. Required Skills & Experience: Performance Testing Tools: Proficient in Gatling , JMeter (with SaaS tools like Blazemeter or OctoPerf ) Experience with front-end performance tools like Lighthouse or Sitespeed.io Monitoring & Analysis: Skilled in New Relic , Splunk , AWS CloudWatch Strong experience in Linux system monitoring and shell-based performance analysis CI/CD & Version Control: Familiarity with Jenkins , GitLab , or GitHub workflows Languages: Proficient in Scala , Java , and Shell Scripting Core Competency: Solid hands-on experience scripting and executing Load Tests using performance testing tools ✅ What We’re Looking For: 4 years of experience in a performance engineering role Strong analytical skills and a problem-solving mindset Excellent communication and collaboration abilities Why Work With Us?
