Permanent - Immediate start Generous salary Annual salary review Monday to Friday - 38-hour week, flexible start & finish time Edinburgh location - free parking available The company: A dynamic and growing company passionate about providing electrical and telecommunications solutions to its clients The role: You will be reporting to the Senior Project Manager and supporting the Project Management team in the delivery of contract administration for clients from a variety of industries i.e. renewable energy, water & wastewater, power generation & transmission, etc Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Providing contract advice and support to the project teams, including reviewing terms and conditions for client purchase orders and contracts Assisting in the development and implementation of contract management plans Maintaining the project's contractual and commercial records Day-to-day management and administration of client and subcontractor contracts Providing support and advice to project managers regarding any disputes or claims Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, subcontractors and suppliers Attending meetings and providing reports Adhoc duties as required The person: You have previous experience in a similar role, enjoy supporting a team and have excellent verbal and written communication skills. Along with a high attention to detail, you have the ability to work with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment. Intermediate level of MS Office Suite i.e. Word and Excel a must.
