The Position The ideal person for this role will be a Contracts Administrator with 3 -5 years experience in a similar role, perhaps a Design Manager or even an experienced Architect who wants to enter Contracts Administration. Working closely with the Project Manager and site teams you will be responsible for overseeing projects from procurement stages through to final accounts including assisting with monthly forecasting and budgeting. Knowledge of construction law; both of the head contract and subcontract to successfully manage the projects, claims and variations is desired. Experience in managing the design consultants is favourable. Skills Required Degree in Construction Management or related field is highly regarded Experience within commercial or residential construction Strong financial management experience and well-rounded business acumen Experienced end to end in the project life cycle from cultivating opportunities > scoping > pricing > negotiation > delivery Benefits on offer Be supported to fast track to Project Manager.
