About the Mental Health Division: The Mental Health Division forms part of Austin Health. It provides a comprehensive range of child, adolescent, youth and adult mental health services to the areas of northeast metro Melbourne along with inter-regional and state-wide specialist services, which are provided on an inpatient basis and in community settings. The Mental Health Division is strongly committed to providing recovery-oriented services through holistic, compassionate care and offering partnership in recovery. About the role: We are looking for an Administrative Officer to join our Infant Child Youth Mental Health Service (ICYMHS) to cover a period of Long Service Leave. This role will see you provide exceptional administrative support to multidisciplined clinical teams consisting of Mental Health clinicians including Medical, Social Workers, Psychologists, Speech Pathologists and Occupational Therapists for the Northern Youth Community Outpatient team at our Epping Hub. This team works to provides services including assessment, diagnosis, treatment and clinical case management for short to medium term supporting children, their families, carers and supports in an outpatient setting. About you: You will have strong written and verbal communication skills coupled with effective time management capability with the capacity to handle multiple requirements simultaneously. You should have well developed interpersonal skills including customer service and stakeholder relationship engagement. A demonstrated commitment to a team focussed approach with the ability to problem solve is essential in this role. Excellent IT skills (Microsoft suite and Teams) with the ability to learn our systems; TrakCare (Patient Administration System, Oracle Fusion, (Purchasing and Requisition system) CBORD (Mobile Inventory system) Austin Community Vue (Mental Health Community Data Capture program) and CMI (Statewide Mental Health patient database) Make a difference every day!
