What You'll Do Provide day-to-day admin support to both the private office and accounting firm Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and book travel (domestic international) Pay invoices and accounts on time Assist with personal tasks: diary management, follow-ups, confidential matters (Preferred) Basic bookkeeping support: Bank reconciliations Issuing & tracking invoices Data entry into Xero or MYOB Support ledger maintenance and reporting What We're Looking For Experience in admin or office support Excellent organisation and attention to detail Confident with Microsoft Word, Excel & Outlook Clear communicator with great people skills Able to juggle multiple tasks & stay on top of priorities Trustworthy with confidential information (Preferred) Experience with bookkeeping & accounting software like Xero or MYOB Bonus Points for: Discretion and professionalism A proactive, can-do attitude Ability to work well independently and in a small team What We Offer Flexible hours - full-time or part-time Hybrid work setup - up to 3 WFH days per week Competitive salary based on experience Interested?
