Truck Driver Key Responsibilities: Deliver products to assigned destinations safely and on time Verify loading documents, check goods condition, and obtain delivery confirmation Maintain communication with supervisor for instructions Load and unload delivery vehicles Follow all safety protocols during transport and handling Perform vehicle inspections including tires, brakes, oil, and water Estimate load weights and ensure proper cargo distribution Perform basic roadside repairs when necessary Secure cargo with appropriate equipment (blocks, ropes, etc.) Other duties as assigned Requirements: Valid Australian HR Driver’s Licence Minimum 2 years of full-time driving experience Strong knowledge of vehicle safety and load management 2. Forklift Driver Ensure smooth movement of goods and inventory within our store and storage areas. Key Responsibilities: Operate forklifts to load, unload, and transport goods and materials within the store and storage areas. Move stock between delivery vehicles, storage zones, and retail display areas in accordance with operational schedules. Maintain safe operation of forklifts and other material-handling equipment in accordance with workplace health and safety procedures. Check and inspect incoming goods for damage or discrepancies, reporting any issues to supervisors. Stack and store goods in the correct locations and ensure shelves and back-store areas are kept organised and accessible. Assist with stocktaking activities by moving, retrieving, or verifying stock as directed. Maintain forklift equipment through regular safety checks and notify management of any mechanical issues or servicing needs. Follow safety signage, procedures, and all relevant workplace safety standards in loading/unloading zones. Collaborate with retail and delivery teams to ensure timely and accurate inventory movement. Requirements: Proven experience operating forklifts in a retail, warehouse, or logistics environment. A valid forklift (LF) licence is essential. Good physical fitness and the ability to lift/move stock as part of daily duties. Strong awareness of safety standards and commitment to hazard prevention. Basic stock control and inventory handling knowledge is desirable. Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently and as part of a team. Previous experience in a general store, supermarket, or takeaway operation is an advantage. 3. Retail Supervisor Lead and manage our retail operations, ensuring high-quality customer service and team performance. Key Responsibilities: Ensures standards and procedures for quality, customer service and health and safety are met. Manages retail staff, organize working plan and time schedule for everyone, specify and assign duties on a daily basis. Be responsible for coaching, counselling, recruiting, training and disciplining retail staff. Identifies the current and future situations of our retailing market then helps to instruct retail staff on standard and variable sales procedures. Inspects goods if returned by customers, reacts accordingly and properly based on contract. Manages stock level, restores goods to sell and orders new goods to ensure inventory balance. Prices products on sale and manages the display shelves. Maintains the sales procedure to ensure it meets the safety and security requirements from local laws and rules Handles complaints and issues and inquiries from customers regarding quality and specifications of our products Requirements: At least 2 years of relevant experience (or 1 year in Australia). Strong knowledge of retail management. Reliable, well-organized, and committed. 4. Storeperson Key Responsibilities: Receive incoming goods, inspect for damage, and verify against invoices or delivery dockets Unload delivery vehicles, open packages, and remove contents for processing Operate computers or handheld scanners to check stock locations and quantities Label goods accurately and store them in designated areas, including dry, chilled, and frozen storage Pick and prepare goods for replenishment, including packing, weighing, and sealing boxes Operate materials handling equipment such as pallet jacks, hand trucks, and, if licensed, forklifts or hydraulic lifters Use manually or electronically guided order pickers to retrieve items and check them against picking lists Assist with regular stocktakes and ensure accurate inventory records Maintain clean, safe, and organised stockroom and storage areas Follow all workplace safety standards and handling procedures Requirements: At least 1–2 years of relevant experience in a supermarket, retail storeroom, or warehouse Physically fit and able to regularly lift/move items up to 20kg Basic knowledge of inventory systems and stock handling procedures Familiarity with dry, chilled, and frozen stock environments Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently or in a team Competitive salary package $60,000 to $70,000 for the right person.
