Due to continued growth this is a newly created role to compliment the existing administrative and marketing function of this commercial construction organisation. This role will work closely with Bids and Marketing, and may also assist the team with general administration. If you have strong MS Office skills as well as experience using Adobe InDesign and are looking for an opportunity to work both collaboratively with some mentoring then this may be the opportunity for you. Duties will include, but not be limited to; Create marketing collateral Assist with Bid Coordination - on the job training and development in managing the administration of a bid from EOI to handover Assist with marketing initiatives - social media and events Assist with HR related administration Ad hoc administration for the project teams We are looking for someone who thrives in a varied role and is excited to learn.
