CGC Recruitment are looking for a Contract Administrator to work for a property developer based in the Eastern Suburbs. You will be working on High End Residential projects up to $10million. What you'll be doing: Reviewing, negotiating and drafting construction contracts and related agreements Monitoring contract compliance and ensuring all contractual obligations are met Preparing and processing progress claims, variations and final accounts Assisting with procurement processes and managing subcontractor relationships Providing support to the Director Maintaining detailed contract records and documentation Identifying and mitigating contractual risks What we're looking for: Proven experience as a Contracts Administrator working high end residential builders. Strong knowledge of construction contracts and procurement processes Proficient in using contract management software and Microsoft Office applications Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with stakeholders Tertiary qualification in a relevant field, such as business or construction management On offer: Based on your experience you will be paid between $90,000 - $120,000.
