We’re currently looking for a Workshop Administrator to support our heavy vehicle maintenance operations. This is a part-time, onsite role , perfect for someone looking to work steady hours across five days a week. About the Role As our Workshop Administrator, you’ll play a vital part in supporting the day-to-day operations of our workshop. You'll be responsible for: Creating and entering job cards for our heavy vehicle mechanics Keeping accurate records of parts ordered, including pricing Assisting with safety audits and maintaining compliance records Providing consistent admin support to the existing workshop admin Reporting directly to the Workshop Manager This role is ideal for someone who enjoys structured, steady-paced work in a supportive and familiar team environment .
