Reporting to the General Counsel, the role of Senior Legal Counsel will involve providing commercially astute, strategic legal advice across the organisation. This will include commercial contracting, procurement, IP/IT, data protection, privacy and general commercial advisory work. Candidates offering ideally 5 to 7 years’ quality experience in general commercial advisory and contractual drafting and negotiating is essential to be successful in the role. Health sector work is beneficial but not essential. Essential attributes are commercial acumen, enthusiasm and an energetic, outcomes-focused approach. The ability to interact with others in a way that builds credibility and engenders trust and confidence, as well as strong communication skills will be highly regarded.
