We’re on the hunt for casual Warehouse Assistants to join our high-energy team at our Highland Park Distribution Centre and help us keep delivering the Princess Polly magic to customers all over the world. No two days are the same, one minute you’re picking orders, the next you’re helping us power through peak periods with your energy and precision. Your role helps bring the Princess Polly experience to life for every customer, every time. WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING Picking stock to fulfil online orders Packing and scanning orders ready to ship Processing customer returns Prepping incoming stock for the shelves Keeping the warehouse clean and organised Cross-training across multiple warehouse functions Achieving daily KPIs and productivity goals Showing up with reliability and flexibility Contributing to a standout customer experience from behind the scenes WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR; Reliable and ready to go Positive, energetic and enthusiastic Team-focused and fast-moving Detail-obsessed and quality-driven Adaptable and keen to learn Physically capable of being on your feet and lifting packages during your shift Availability of a minimum of 3 days per week (Monday to Friday) Ability to work between 7:00 AM and 6:00 PM, with the occasional weekend shifts during peak period. BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE: Experience in a warehouse, logistics or retail environment (fashion experience is a big plus) A forklift licence (not essential, but definitely a bonus) Background in quality control, inventory or returns Strong communication skills and a goal-driven mindset We’d love to hear from you!
