Are You Ready to Build the Future with One of Queensland’s Most Dynamic Home Builders? Our client, a young and fast-growing residential construction company, is seeking an experienced and motivated Construction Supervisor to join their energetic team on a full-time, ongoing basis. This is more than just a supervisory role, it’s an opportunity to lead the delivery of high-quality homes, build strong relationships with trades and suppliers, and contribute directly to the success of a company that values innovation, attention to detail, and people-first leadership. The Ipswich region has become one of Queensland’s most in-demand residential growth corridors. With major housing developments underway, infrastructure upgrades on the rise, and proximity to both Brisbane and Springfield, it’s no surprise that builders are flocking to this thriving pocket of the state. If you’re ready to lead in a region where your work makes a visible impact, Ipswich offers the stability, scale, and satisfaction you're after. If you take pride in your craft, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and know how to motivate teams while keeping projects on track and on budget, this could be your next big move. Here’s What You’ll Be Doing: Managing the construction of residential homes from site start through to handover. Coordinating and scheduling trades, suppliers, and deliveries. Ensuring quality workmanship in line with plans, specifications, and company standards. Maintaining site cleanliness, safety, and strict OH&S compliance. Completing reporting, documentation, and administrative tasks. Attending monthly construction meetings and liaising with internal stakeholders. Driving a culture of accountability and excellence on-site. What You’ll Bring to the Role: A current QBCC Building Supervisor Licence (held for at least 12 months). A valid Construction Induction Safety Certificate (White Card). A trade or construction background with hands-on industry knowledge. A current driver’s licence and unrestricted working rights in Australia. Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of managing multiple trades and residential projects. The ability to effectively schedule works, manage budgets, and consistently meet deadlines. Exceptional attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality work. Confidence in dealing with a broad range of stakeholders, from subcontractors to senior managers. A proactive and resilient attitude, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic construction environment. What’s in It for You: Join a company that values culture, craftsmanship, and long-term relationships. Enjoy a stable full-time position with a strong pipeline and growth potential. Lead exciting residential builds with autonomy and the backing of a solid leadership team. $110k–$130k base salary plus super, with company vehicle, laptop, tablet, and phone provided.
