Here’s What You’ll Be Doing: Managing the construction of residential homes from site start through to handover. Coordinating and scheduling trades, suppliers, and deliveries. Ensuring quality workmanship in line with plans, specifications, and company standards. Maintaining site cleanliness, safety, and strict OH&S compliance. Completing reporting, documentation, and administrative tasks. Attending monthly construction meetings and liaising with internal stakeholders. Driving a culture of accountability and excellence on-site. What You’ll Bring to the Role: A current QBCC Building Supervisor Licence (held for at least 12 months). A valid Construction Induction Safety Certificate (White Card). A trade or construction background with hands-on industry knowledge. A current driver’s licence and unrestricted working rights in Australia. Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of managing multiple trades and residential projects. The ability to effectively schedule works, manage budgets, and consistently meet deadlines. Exceptional attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality work. Confidence in dealing with a broad range of stakeholders, from subcontractors to senior managers. A proactive and resilient attitude, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic construction environment.
