Is this your next career opportunity? The Education Team delivers tailored employment supports, and pre-accredited education to community members. The Education Administrator is responsible for the administration that supports ACFE and other education contracts at Windana. Coordinate the administration of ACFE and other education contracts at Windana. Respond to incoming phone calls for enrolments and enquiries for ACFE and other Education Contracts. Provide support and information to trainers, students, clients and all stakeholders. Maintain and monitor enrolment waiting lists and maintain student administration records in accordance with funding contracts. Coordinate the administration of student management system. Liaise with trainers and students as required to ensure seamless training delivery. Provide trainers with all compliance forms i.e. evaluation forms and attendance sheets, session plans and course outlines. Compile and collate surveys and evaluations as part of the broader evaluation process. Coordinate the monthly contractual reporting requirements as required. Process and coordinate the issuance of certificates, statements of attainment and attendance certificates and distribute for signature by trainers and ACFE Coordinator. What we're looking for: Experience working within the Education Sector, Community Services, Healthcare, AOD or Mental health sector. Excellent administration skills with strong multitasking skills and ability to work autonomously. An ability to establish rapport with a range of stakeholders including residents, community members, staff, and external service providers. An ability to handle sensitive documents with privacy and confidentiality. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, including active listening skills and clear speaking skills, with an ability to tailor communicate style to suit the diversity of residents and community members. Strong attention to detail and data entry skills. Ability to work in a faced paced environment and be part of a small and dynamic team. Demonstrated experience in the efficient use of student databases, including the ability to ensure quality, timely and accurate data entry and report extraction.
