Dynamics Administrator Permanent full-time opportunity Osbourne Park location Hybrid working environment, WFH and the office The opportunity Silverchain are recruiting a Dynamics Administrator to join the team as a Permanent full-time employee. The Dynamics 365 administrator will oversee the day-to-day administration, maintenance, support, customisation and configuration of the platform. They will be the technical lead for the evaluation and implementation of new Dynamics releases and projects to ensure stability and adherence to best practice in terms of technical implementation and governance. Key responsibilities Responsibilities may include but are not limited to: Technical leadership and functional support for Microsoft Dynamics 365 in production and non-production environments. Managing the daily operations of the D365 platform, including contributing to the organisations readiness and implementation into the platform. Manage D365 security roles, users, roles, profiles, groups, queues, and other Microsoft Dynamics setup options as necessary. Configure solutions and workflows and ensure quality and efficiency of the application. Maintain the integrity of services integrated with our cloud environments, including in-house systems and external integrations. Evaluate new Dynamics releases and applications, participate in plans for their implementation and remain current with Microsoft administration best practices. Manage D365 enhancement projects to support business needs, including collaborating closely with internal teams, external contractors, solution vendors, and consultants. Monitor performance, scalability and licensing and implement proactive solutions for improvement. Assist with design of high availability, disaster recovery and backups for the D365 environment. Work with internal team members and external parties to troubleshoot and resolve D365 issues. Create and maintain technical and process documentation. Knowledge and experience of PowerPlatform and PowerApps highly desirable. About you The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience in a similar role and will be able to demonstrate the following experience, skills, and attributes: Tertiary or vocational qualifications within the relevant discipline. Microsoft certified in Dynamics 365. Demonstrated experience in Microsoft Dynamics design, custom configuration and integration. Knowledge of Dynamics applications such as Power Platform, Sales, Marketing, Customer Service and Field Service. Experience with implementations, D365 upgrades, testing, migrations, installation, IT/Admin training, pre and post go-live support activities. Experience with planning and performing regression testing. Development experience with Dynamics configuration including the use of third-party tools. Experience managing D365 licensing. Experience with DevOps and CD/CI pipelines. Experience with Microsoft Azure Platform (Azure Service Bus, Logic App, PowerApps, Event Hub, Power Automate, etc.) Microsoft certifications (e.g., CRM, Microsoft Power Platform D365 Core, Microsoft D365 Power Platform Solution Architect) advantageous. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to influence key stakeholders Strong understanding of contemporary IT Service Management (ITSM) practices (e.g. ITIL).
