The Role: We are looking for a passionate individual who is dedicated to supporting our clients through compassionate care and empowerment. This a Permanent Part Time vacancy in our Allambie Heights group home with 30 hours per week. Supporting clients to develop and maintain independence, and advocate for the clients and their individual needs. Delivering personalized support by assisting clients at mealtimes, personal care, administrating medication, manual handling using a variety equipment and aids. Transporting clients in our wheelchair accessible vans and pool cars. Monitoring the well-being of clients and reporting on their progress. Being part of a fun and dynamic team. Roster: This PPT role is 30 hours a week across a Roster from Wednesday to Sunday. Shifts are 6:30am-9:30am, 3:30pm-9pm, 10pm-8am (1 overnight a fortnight) and weekend shifts of 8am-2:30pm. Requirements: Experience as in support worker role, such a disability or aged care Availability to work shifts across Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday (split shifts, morning, afternoon/evening and overnight) A current NSW Driver's License (P2 minimum).
