About the role As Service Design Lead you will be part of the Customer Experience team and will play a vital role in supporting the delivery of priorities within the Customer Experience Program of Work. Some of your key responsibilities will include: Influence and lead mapping of internal business processes and identify opportunities to automate processes by leveraging the capability of council’s customer service business applications, including Pathway, Oracle Service Cloud and Genesys Collaborate with diverse project teams and end users, including the Information and Communication and Technology team, internal service providers, customer facing teams and vendors to deliver the Customer Experience Strategy Build relationships with key stakeholders and coordinate subject matter experts across various parts of the business to define and continuously align our technical systems to ensure the success of the Customer Experience Program of Work Coordinate project priorities to ensure that all tasks and deliverables are proceeding according to the schedule and communicated across the business View the position description for more details about the role. About you To be successful in this role you will have: A relevant tertiary degree or professional qualification and/or substantial equivalent experience Qualifications in change management, organisational development or Customer Experience The ability to lead customer experience improvement projects High level of interpersonal and communication skills to liaise with stakeholders across council Belief in our values of communication, collaboration, integrity, efficiency and leadership About the benefits This is a fixed-term full-time position until 16 December 2025 with a salary commencing at $105,560 plus 12.5% superannuation.
