The Opportunity We currently have an opportunity available for a Client Services Coordinator/Team Assistant (Receptionist/Administrator) to join our team in Perth on a full time, permanent basis. This role involves working closely with administration, legal staff and Practice Executives as well as other support functions within the firm, to provide proactive and effective general administrative assistance across a diverse range of tasks. You will also share reception duties and will confidently represent the firm as Front of House staff, answering reception and national switchboard phones as required, and meeting and greeting visitors and clients.
