Location: Kings Park, NSW Position: Full-time Salary range : $ 70,000 to $ 80,000 per annum As a Program and Project Administrator at Arise Solar, you will play a vital role in supporting our project delivery and operations. Your key duties will include but will not be limited to: ·Coordinating and managing solar projects to meet deadlines, budgets, and quality standards. ·Preparing, reviewing, and negotiating contracts, variations, and service agreements. ·Managing project documentation and reporting, including progress updates, compliance records, and cost analysis. ·Facilitating clear communication between project teams, clients, and stakeholders to maintain strong relationships and address issues promptly. ·Acting as the central point of contact for inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining stakeholder communication. ·Tracking resource allocation, procurement, and installation progress, ensuring materials and teams are aligned with project needs. ·Supporting budget monitoring, cost analysis, and client billing in collaboration with the finance team. ·Liaising with Project Managers, engineers, and contractors to align resources and ensure project objectives are achieved. ·Monitoring project performance, tracking work variations, and reporting deviations. ·Collecting and analysing data on project performance, costs, and resource usage. ·Managing compliance documentation, reporting variations, and ensuring adherence to company processes and standards. ·Providing day-to-day project administration support and assisting senior management as required To be successful in this role, you will have: ·A minimum qualification of Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Project Management, Business, or related fields is required. ·At least 3 years of relevant experience in project or program administration. ·Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail. ·Effective communication and problem-solving abilities. ·A proactive mindset with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. ·Proven experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously. ·Proficiency in project management tools and software. ·Strong analytical and reporting capabilities. ·A solid understanding of project management methodologies and industry best practices. ·Budget tracking and cost analysis ·Contract and documentation management Interested?
