Administration Assistant — The Rocks, Sydney

Clyde & Co is seeking an enthusiastic Administrative Assistant to support our Insurance Litigation team in Sydney. This role provides an excellent opportunity to gain experience in both administrative and legal assistant duties, working alongside experienced professionals in a dynamic environment. About the Role As an Administrative Assistant, you will be an integral part of the team, providing essential administrative support to fee earners and legal professionals. Your responsibilities will include: Managing inboxes, drafting correspondence, and preparing court documents Assisting with monthly billing and following client-specific requirements Coordinating with clients, counsel, and third parties Organising diaries, scheduling meetings, and booking travel Preparing and managing legal briefs and court bundles Handling client queries and assisting with document preparation Processing invoices, expenses, and timesheets This role offers a fantastic chance to develop professional skills while contributing to high-profile legal matters. What We're Looking For We welcome applicants who are proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn. Ideally, you'll bring: 0-2 years of legal admin or professional services experience (entry-level candidates encouraged to apply!)
