About the role Viterra is looking for multiple skilled Recruitment Administrators to join our team on a 4-month contract. In this vital role, you will support the recruitment of over 1,500 harvest casuals, contributing directly to one of our busiest and most important seasonal operations. Our unique culture empowers our employees to think innovatively and develop their careers in an exciting and supportive environment. Duties Assist with the end-to-end recruitment process. Act as the primary point of contact for candidates and hiring managers, providing timely and accurate information throughout the recruitment process. Maintain and update recruitment databases and systems to ensure accurate and up-to-date candidate information. Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers. Book medical appointments for selected candidates and ensure timely completion. Coordinate training sessions for hired candidates, ensuring all necessary materials and resources are available. Conduct visa checks to ensure candidates meet legal requirements for employment. About you Previous experience in a recruitment or administrative role is highly desirable. Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with candidates and hiring managers. Attention to detail and accuracy in handling candidate information and documentation. Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism. Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and business needs.
