This full-time role covers a wide variety of tasks including preventative maintenance, breakdowns, electrical fault finding, and equipment upgrades/installations. You’ll be working across multiple factories and a mix of modern and older machinery – no two days are the same. Opportunities for progression and upskilling are readily available as part of a growing national operation. Position Details: Salary : $121K Super Allowances Overtime Shifts Available: 4-on, 4-off (2 Days/2 Nights | 12-hour shifts 6am–6pm) Location : Acacia Ridge Key Responsibilities: Perform preventative and reactive maintenance on industrial machinery Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues with minimal downtime Support equipment upgrades and factory installations Maintain high safety standards and accurate service documentation Conduct routine inspections to improve plant reliability What We're Looking For: Current QLD Electrical Licence CPR/LVR Proven experience in industrial maintenance environments Strong fault-finding skills with PLC and VSD knowledge Background in 24/7 manufacturing preferred Strong safety awareness and documentation skills Why Join Us?
