As Operations Manager, you are accountable for supporting the day to day running of the store operations, balancing your time between the stockroom and shop floor. Ensuring a smooth and efficient stock flow between the back of house and shop floor that maximises sales. Position Duties: Leading and motivating stockroom team in accordance with the companies standards and guidelines Managing the organization and arrangement of the stockrooms to maximize efficiency and ensuring compliance with directions from management and all health and safety requirements Managing and supporting the processing of deliveries and preparation of stock to ensure that it is available for replenishment on the shop floor at all times Conducting store briefings and preparing store updates to ensure awareness of the day-to-day priorities and operations of the store Maintaining an up to date knowledge of products and promotions for the store Conducting section briefings and supporting managers to conduct store briefings Maintaining an up to date knowledge of the store daily/monthly/yearly budgets (sales/hours/productivity etc.) and targets, proposing specific action plans to ensure that we are reaching the company objectives; To ensure the company Inventory standards are being followed. Managing the use of RFID and other devices within the store (e.g. PDA’s and iPods) to ensure efficient replenishment (25R and rankings) in accordance with company policies, procedures and standards Role Requirements Diploma and 2 years of relevant work experience, or 3 years of relevant work experience Excellent verbal and written communication skills The ability to manage a large team and good time management skills Strong organizational skills with an attention to details Experience in inventory management and processes Desire professional growth and inspire the same for your team The ability to work efficiently while juggling multiple tasks in a high pressure environment Availability to work 38 hours per week and commit to a set roster that includes a mix of weekdays & weekends The salary range for this role is $70,000 - $80,000 Applications open on 22/05/2025 and close on 18/06/2025 Due to the high volume of applications we receive, only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
