We are looking for a Sales Professional to join our team at Stockland Halcyon Edgebrook, located in Eagleby, within the City of Logan. About the role In this role, you will be providing an exceptional customer experience throughout the buying process from lead to successful completion, ensuring you customers’ needs are met whilst delivering against your sales targets. Base pay (salary super) plus quarterly bonus sales commission is on offer, for this permanent, full-time role, Monday – Friday. Sometimes there will be a requirement to work evenings to attend information sessions or functions. What are we looking for? Sales experience within land lease communities, retirement living, or a home builder A customer focus which drives you – you understand delivering outstanding service and being a customer advocate Significant experience building and maintaining customer relationships Tech savvy, you pick up new systems easily – if you have experience with Salesforce, even better, but we are happy to train you with this You work well to deadlines and have strong self-management, but can also work under direction when required Your open to continued learning and looking to establish yourself in a longer-term career You will need to have your own reliable transport and clean full drivers’ license Exposure to contract and legal administration is advantageous The Stockland Proposition Stockland Halcyon is Australia’s most awarded creator of lifestyle living communities across Southeast Queensland, Victoria, NSW, and WA.
