This role requires someone who is proactive, adaptable, and versatile – you will be willing to learn and able to assist with any tasks requested. We are looking for someone with a friendly and approachable disposition, and a natural ability to communicate and work with a diverse group of people. This is a Fixed Term Part Time position, 22.8 hours per week – Monday/Wednesday and Friday. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES Your responsibilities as Administration Coordinator include, but are not limited to: Creating breakdowns of income and outgoings for each listed Helping to develop a better system of sending contracts to purchasers Sending reports to vendors on their property and what inspections have been done Answering email enquiries from potential purchasers Make sure the collateral company advertising of sales is up to date and can be distributed to purchasers when necessary The distribution of newsletters to UniLodge clients in relation to sales Some cold calling of apartments in established buildings to lift the profile of Unilodge Occasionally answering calls from potential sellers and purchasers Supporting the Sales Manager if they are absent or away Our mandatory requirements include: Work rights in Australia and New Zealand National Police Check VIC Working with Children Check (or willing to obtain) Ideally you will hold or can acquire an Agents Representative Certificate lodged with Consumer Affairs Victoria (preferred by not essential) HOW YOU CAN APPLY If you’re interested in working with us, please submit your application as soon as possible - outlining all the amazing qualities and skills you can bring to our team.
