About the role: A motivated and organised Administration Assistant is sought to provide essential support to the Centre Management teams across two established shopping centres. Acting as the first point of contact for the Centre Management office, this role is key to ensuring smooth day-to-day operations through a variety of administrative tasks and responsibilities. Duties: Welcoming visitors and managing reception duties including contractor sign-ins and maintaining the key register Manage the distribution of centre communications and ensure timely collection and reporting of key information. Preparing charity license agreements and maintaining the bookings register Assisting with casual mall leasing activities and ensuring all compliance and reporting is up to date Collect and manage Public Liability Insurance (COC) documentation from tenants. Assist with emergency and risk management by participating in training, supporting evacuation procedures and ensuring safety compliance.
