Global law firm Clyde & Co is currently recruiting an experienced Executive Assistant / Legal Secretary to support a Partner and small team of Lawyers in our Perth office. About the role: You will leverage your strong legal support background, forward-thinking approach, and initiative to: Provide executive-level support to a Partner Manage time efficiently to complete tasks Handle inbox and email management with attention to detail Organise diary, meetings, flights, and accommodation Act as the Partner's point of contact, prioritise requests Prepare and review high-level communications Manage competing priorities and maintain confidentiality Handle monthly billing and client SLA requirements Address client and matter queries, from opening to closure Record fee earner business development activities Develop excellent working relationships with clients Perform ad hoc duties as required About you: 3 years' legal admin or professional services experience Proficiency across all Microsoft Office applications Superior attention to detail High level of professionalism and service excellence with clear communication Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team environment Experience with Elite 3E and iManage will be highly regarded Positive attitude to work, and an adaptable and collaborative approach About Clyde & Co When you work at Clyde & Co, you join a team of 490 partners, 2,400 lawyers, 3,200 legal professionals and 5,500 people in nearly 70 offices and associated offices worldwide.
