We require an experienced administration manager with deep knowledge of data entry for warehouse, distribution and transport operations to join our leadership team and drive our business transformation and enhance our data entry and information flow processes. Working in a fast-paced transactional environment, you will be required to lead a small internal team focused on exchange and processing of data into our internal systems, administration of a diverse team of clerical administrators, ensuring the accuracy and quality and timeliness of all data elements, and development and refinement of our business processes. Additionally working as a senior member of our ERP implementation team. Key to this role is your deep understanding of office processes necessary to control data flow in a warehouse, distribution and transport company receiving orders, preparing warehouse and cross dock consignments, picking slips and manifesting for distribution, delivery confirmation and customer service functions. Qualifications in administration, experience in data entry and processing, attention to detail and a keen ability to manage diverse functions to timeframes and delivery deadlines are key attributes for this role. We will offer a flexible approach, support, training and advancement to the right candidate for this role. To be considered for this role it is desirable you can demonstrate: Understand the key business processes in a FMCG transport and distribution business. Understanding of the chain of responsibility in transport businesses Have a deep knowledge of administration and the key processes associated with warehousing, transport and distribution Have a high level of behavioural flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment Have a solid grounding in data processing and data preparation. The ability to lead a small team Good communication skills and ability to work with external ERP service providers and consultants Hold a valid driver's licence and have your own transport Willing to undertake flexible working hours if required
